Senior Program Manager - upGrad Higher Education

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Program Manager to lead key initiatives aimed at creating new revenue channels and optimizing our current channels. As a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities within our admission counseling funnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to ensure complete alignment and the achievement of optimal results.

Roles & responsibilities :

Drive Strategic Initiatives :

Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on creating new revenue channels and optimizing existing ones.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive informed decision-making.

Continuously assess and refine strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Initiative Tracking and Evaluation :

Establish robust tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of progress.

Conduct regular assessments to determine the success of initiatives and extract valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges hindering the success of initiatives.

Growth Opportunity Identification :

Analyze and identify growth opportunities within the current admission counseling funnel. Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential areas for expansion and improvement.

Work closely with relevant teams to translate identified opportunities into actionable plans.

Hands-On Execution :

Act as a hands-on leader, actively involved in the execution of strategic plans.

Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure strong execution.

Address challenges and roadblocks promptly to keep initiatives on track.

Cross-Functional Team Management :
