Location : Gandhinagar, Gift City - Ahmedabad - WFO, 5 days working, Night Shifts (2 way cab will be provided within 35 kms radius)

Reports to : Operations Manager

Education : Graduation is mandate

Role Overview :

The Gaming Process Operations Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of gaming support associates who handle player queries, live operations support, and escalations for one or more gaming titles. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management within a gaming or BPO environment, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to ensure service excellence and player satisfaction.
