We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the leadership team at ChatDMC. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, proactive, and excellent at communication and coordination.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🗓️ Calendar & Schedule Management

– Manage meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for the leadership team.

– Ensure timely reminders, preparation, and follow-ups.

📩 Communication & Coordination

– Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners.

– Draft emails, documents, and communication materials professionally.

📑 Operational Support

– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

– Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).

🏢 Office & Task Management

– Coordinate office activities, logistics, and daily admin tasks.

– Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

📊 Project Assistance

– Support ongoing business activities, meetings, and strategic tasks.

– Track action points and ensure timely execution.

✅ Requirements

✨ Graduate in any discipline

✨ Fresher or 1–2 years of experience as EA / Office Admin / Coordinator

🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

🧠 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

🤝 Professional, polite, and confident personality

⏱️ Ability to multitask and work independently

🏢 Must be comfortable working onsite in Siliguri
