Lead AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer

Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 7–10+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in versatile, non-corporate environments Strong expertise in React (Vite), Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, and full-stack architecture Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and proactive ownership of projects Hands-on mentality : able to conceptualize, review, adjust, and deploy code independently Fluent in English Leadership mindset : capable of orchestrating AI workflows and effectively 'leading' AI-driven development
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features using React (Vite), Node.js, SQL, and MongoDB
- Optimize database queries and front-end performance for large-scale applications
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor IDE) to accelerate development and enhance code quality
- Independently manage project ownership and drive features to completion
- Maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, and overall system performance
- Collaborate with peers in an AI-first workflow to continuously improve development efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve system dependencies and integration challenges
