Responsibilities : -
1 ) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
2 ) Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and targets.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
4) Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns effectively.
5) Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
6) Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting
7) Handle project costing, quotations, and negotiations for finalising sales.
8) Prepare mood boards, theme boards, and material / sample presentations.
9) Coordinate with the design team, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate design delivery.
