We are looking for a Director of Engineering for our FLX ONE Order platform in Pune.

Someone who is ready to lead, not just manage.

Someone who can technically architect, not just oversee.

We want someone who is technically brilliant – a master of C++ or C# , web technologies , and AWS.

We need someone with judgment – who knows when to pivot, push, or stay in the course.

Someone who will take ownership of modules and make industry benchmarks.

And we want someone who can stand up in front of IATA, airlines, and customers – and make them believe in what we’re doing, because you do.

Prior preferred experience :

Deep Technical Expertise : 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong emphasis on backend development, ideally in C++. Experience with UI engine

Understanding the full-stack development lifecycle and AWS is a plus.

Leadership Experience : 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, leading cross functional, geographically distributed teams with locations outside of India and building culture that emphasizes ownership and excellence.
