Job description6–8 years of proven experience in professional video editing. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition). Demonstrated experience editing video podcasts and handling multi-camera setups. Hands-on ability to produce engaging reels, shorts, or digital-first content. Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in visual media. Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team. Experience in audio cleanup and mixing for podcast episodes. Understanding of platform-specific video guidelines for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Creative approach to repurposing long-form content into bite-sized, shareable edits. Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation to enhance video storytelling.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Podcast Video Editor with 6–8 years of professional editing experience to join our content production team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, have a strong background in video editing, and a keen eye for storytelling through visuals. Prior exposure to podcast editing (audio-video sync, formatting, and graphics) and creating engaging reels / short-form video content is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form podcast episodes into polished, high-quality video outputs.
- Create short-form highlight reels, teasers, and social-first edits tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Enhance video and audio quality using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Add subtitles, graphics, overlays, and branding elements to podcast videos.
- Collaborate with producers, hosts, and the creative team to deliver consistent editorial style and storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Stay updated with editing trends, particularly in podcast and social media formats, ensuring content feels current and engaging.
