Job descriptionService Now development - Business Rules, ACL, Script Include etc. Service Now - Service Portal Development. Basics of Survey Management Application. ServiceNow Scripting, Client scripts, Server Scripts, Ui policies, Service Catalog Knowledge, Flow Designer, Work Flow, Integrations ( REST ) , ACL’s, Roles, PA Basics, Report Administration. ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change). Working knowledge on Custom scoped application. ServiceNow Scripting (best practice), Client scripts, Server Scripts, Ui policies, UI Actions, Service Catalog Knowledge, Flow Designer, Integrations (REST), ACL’s, Roles, Email actions, Notifications, Transform maps. Strong experience in developing Record Producer, Catalog Item and Service Portal. Implemented best practices for enhancing the performance of the team and maintaining pace with the current technological change and development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate and communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner. Keen to learn new skills as per demand.
