We’re Hiring : Agentic AI Engineer (Moveworks Specialist)Location : Noida / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Gurgaon / Kichi -HybridAre you passionate about building intelligent enterprise automation with Moveworks?We’re looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who can take full ownership of implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale — driving real impact across ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end Moveworks implementation and operations- Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, Jira, Slack / Teams, SSO, HRIS, and other enterprise systems- Curate knowledge sources and fine-tune models for optimal performance- Drive conversational analytics, guardrails, and runtime governance- Contribute to our agentic AI stack for multi-agent orchestration and evaluationWhat We’re Looking For- 5–10 years of total experience in AI, automation, or IT service engineering- Minium 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience in enterprise environments- Strong understanding of conversational AI, integrations, and governance- Experience working cross-functionally in global environmentsInterested Candidate can share profiles on email id-
