Role of Developmental Psychologist

Primary Job Profile :

The developmental psychologist will work closely with children having Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDDs) to support their overall developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and enhance social, communication, and language skills through structured and play-based interventions.
• Design and implement individualized developmental programs to address milestone delays.
• Conduct parent training sessions to help caregivers understand and support their child’s needs.
• Use play as a therapeutic medium to promote emotional, cognitive, and behavioral development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, etc.) for holistic intervention.
