Department : Projects & Construction

Reports To : Managing Director / CEO

Position Overview

The Vice President – Civil Projects will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale civil construction projects, with a key focus on high-rise residential and commercial developments. The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of all projects under the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple civil construction projects, primarily high-rise building developments.
  • Formulate project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project directors, engineers, and site teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations across all project sites.
  • Collaborate with design, planning, procurement, and finance teams to streamline project operations.
  • Review and approve construction schedules, BOQs, and vendor contracts.
  • Maintain high standards of construction quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Monitor project progress through regular reviews, MIS reporting, and on-site inspections.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges through proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage client relationships, consultants, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management and construction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple high-rise building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
  • Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, MEP coordination, and modern construction technologies.
  • Proficient in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
