Spectral Consultants is hiring for a leading Business process management & Outsourcing Organization that delivers global cybersecurity and technology services.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Security Analyst / Team Lead with strong hands-on experience in Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) .

🔐 Role Purpose

Lead the implementation and delivery of VA / PT tools and security services for international clients.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Daily assessment of vulnerabilities from infrastructure scans
• Review vulnerability findings from multiple sources (internal / external PT, VA tools, etc.)
• Perform penetration testing on systems, networks, web & mobile applications
• Conduct security and network audits
• Prioritize vulnerabilities with remediation timelines
• Perform risk assessments on assets
• Communicate vulnerability notifications to SMEs
• Collaborate with global teams (Security Architecture, App Dev, Risk Officers, etc.)
• Maintain updated knowledge of threat landscape
• Prepare dashboards, reports & present findings clearly

📚 Skills & Experience Required

🔸 4+ years of hands-on experience in the TVM domain

🔸 Strong knowledge of application, network, mobile & OS security

🔸 Experience with VA / PT, patch assessment & vulnerability scoring systems (CVSS / CMSS)

🔸 Good understanding of Windows & Linux patching

🔸 Practical experience with VA / PT tools

🔸 Excellent communication, documentation & presentation skills

🔸 Detail-oriented, analytical & organized
