As a Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production / warranty support.

Job Role

• Proven experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques using APIs, flat files (CSV), and Big Data technologies.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into meaningful visual stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
