Job description3–4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer working on web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects (web and mobile). Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools preferably Figma. Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows. Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders. Knowledge of AI tools and their role in design workflows (e.g. AI assisted ideation, content generation, or research). Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system. Familiarity with HTML / CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers.

About the Role : We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience designing intuitive, user-friendly web-based and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, can translate complex requirements into simple and elegant solutions, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their integration into the design workflow will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity UI.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Apply usability testing, feedback loops, and data-driven insights to refine and optimize designs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while innovating user-friendly interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI, design systems, and emerging UX practices.
