Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist – AI / ML to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on AI / ML and Data Science for the past 6+ years. This is a remote opportunity suited for professionals who are passionate about building scalable machine learning solutions and deploying them in modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various business use cases.
  • Work extensively with Databricks , Azure ML , and Python to build, train, and scale ML models.
  • Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, and automation.
  • Develop segmentation strategies using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Containerize ML applications for scalable and repeatable deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI / ML , including Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning .

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years in AI / ML and Data Science .
  • Proficiency in Databricks , Azure ML , and Python programming.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in segmentation , feature engineering , and model optimization .
  • Practical knowledge of MLOps , including CI / CD practices and ML model monitoring.
  • Experience in containerized deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to Generative AI concepts and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
