Ecommerce Executive (Etsy Listing, Immediate Joiner)

Location: Sector 27, Gurgaon

Work Mode: 6 days work from office

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Role Overview

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing product listings and operational execution across marketplaces, the D2C website, and quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The role focuses on accurate listing management, catalog hygiene, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, GST, HSN codes, and attribute mapping as per platform guidelines.
• Manage and maintain catalog hygiene by identifying and resolving listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues.
• Handle product listings and operations on quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Coordinate SKU mapping, pack sizes, barcodes, and MRP compliance for quick commerce platforms.
• Monitor live SKU availability and ensure proper stock synchronisation across all platforms.
• Work closely with internal design, operations, and warehouse teams for creatives, inventory, and listing readiness.
• Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve listing, pricing, or operational issues.
• Maintain listing trackers, SKU sheets, and basic operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace and/or quick commerce operations.
• Practical experience working on listing panels for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and quick commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive operational tasks efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in D2C, consumer, lifestyle, or jewellery/spiritual product brands.
• Familiarity with tools such as Unicommerce or similar OMS platforms.
• Prior exposure to managing high-SKU catalogs.
