About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Panel Design Engineer with strong expertise in sheet metal enclosure design , electrical schematics , and panel layout engineering . The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Inventor and have a solid understanding of industrial control systems for automation and special purpose machines (SPMs).

You will be responsible for designing and developing electrical panels from concept to production, ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design electrical control panels and sheet metal enclosures using Autodesk Inventor and other CAD tools.
• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs .
• Coordinate with mechanical, PLC, and production teams for design integration.
• Select appropriate electrical components (contactors, relays, breakers, drives, etc.) based on system requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC and safety standards .
• Optimize panel layouts for ease of assembly, maintenance, and wiring efficiency.
• Conduct design reviews and support fabrication & assembly teams.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings .
• Support electrical testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
