Job descriptionGather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities. Support UAT, release validation, and user onboarding activities. Maintain product backlog and ensure continuous alignment with project goals. Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) . Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, process flows, and integration capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) preferred. Salesforce certification (Admin or BA-related) is a plus. Senior BA : On-site, Mumbai Junior BA(s) : Preferably Mumbai, flexible for other locations

About the Role :
We are building a strong Salesforce Business Analysis team to support our digital transformation initiatives. The team will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
