Mid-level Designer

We are looking for a Mid-level Designer who can lead interior projects independently, from first idea to final handover. In this role, you turn client needs into practical, beautiful spaces, guide junior designers, and keep projects running smoothly and on time. You will be the go-to person for your projects and a key link between clients, the studio team, and the site. You will have to work from our office in Jayanagar.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept, space planning, and design development through to site coordination and completion.
• Prepare clear, accurate drawings and details that are ready for execution on site.
• Develop creative yet practical design solutions based on client needs and budgets.
• Create and update 3D views to explain design ideas to clients and site teams.
• Present designs to clients confidently and handle feedback in a calm, professional way.
• Work closely with site teams to answer design questions and resolve issues early.
• Plan ahead, spot possible problems, suggest fixes, and ensure deadlines are met without reminders.
