Fabrication Sub-Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead sub-contract management for large fabrication packages in coordination with Project Managers / Directors.
• Manage end-to-end supplier processes : qualification, tendering, proposal management, and contract execution.
• Develop and negotiate detailed contractual agreements, including frame agreements, with suppliers and customers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to manage third-party services and day-to-day operations.
• Create and implement strategic contracting approaches based on risk-aware execution models.
• Transition sub-contracting strategies from back-to-back to informed risk distribution (knowledge-based approach).
• Support bid teams in proposal development, risk identification, scope definition, and contractual negotiations.
• Manage commercial risk across project scopes through risk review and reporting processes.
• Support proposal strategy and commercial operations for projects under existing agreements.
• Contribute to the development of consortium agreements and support subsea and Fullstream commercial initiatives.
