The Role

As a UA Manager at Reliance Games , you will be responsible for growing and sustaining our live mobile game portfolio ( WWE Mayhem, Drone Shadow Strike 3, American Dad!, Little Singham , and more) through data-driven user acquisition campaigns.

Your focus will be on profitably scaling UA , ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable growth, long-term player value, and ROI.

Leverage the latest AI-powered tools and automation platforms to improve targeting, optimize bidding strategies, and scale creative testing at speed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven UA campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA, Unity, IronSource, Moloco, and regional partners.
  • Optimize campaigns daily and weekly to achieve ROAS, ROI, and LTV targets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Appsflyer, Firebase, and internal dashboards , providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Live Ops teams to align UA spend with events, content updates, and monetization opportunities.
  • Partner with the Creative / Art team to test and iterate high-volume ad creatives , driving incremental growth through structured creative testing.
  • Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate performance across geos, channels, and audience segments.
  • Generate clear reporting for stakeholders, communicating UA performance and learnings effectively.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, AI-driven UA technologies, and platform updates to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and best practices.

About You

  • 2–5 years’ experience in UA marketing for mobile games with proven success in managing profitable campaigns.
  • Strongly data-driven with excellent analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data, player funnels, and revenue metrics to guide decisions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Appsflyer (MMP) , Firebase, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large UA budgets profitably across multiple channels and regions.
  • Experience in creative testing at scale (20–50+ variations / month) and translating results into performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation). SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate cross-functionally and present clear, data-backed insights.
  • Passion for mobile games, live operations growth, and experimenting with AI-driven marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with ASO and organic uplift strategies.
  • Experience with IP-based titles (Sports, Kids, Entertainment, or Hollywood).
  • Knowledge of ad monetization and cross-promotion strategies within live portfolios.
