Responsibilities :
- Source, onboard, and drive sales of PMS & AIF products through wealth managers, RIAs, IFAs, private banks, and family offices.
- Build and expand a sustainable pipeline of distributors and advisory relationships.
- Engage with wealth managers, family offices, and advisory firms to present and explain PMS / AIF offerings.
- Support distributor onboarding and ensure all SEBI / regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Re- activate inactive distributors and maximize productivity across channels.
- Maintain and deepen distributor relationships to drive sustainable AUM growth.
- Organize and participate in regular events, training sessions, and roadshows to strengthen distribution and client networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure products and solutions that meet distributor and client needs.
- Monitor pipeline progress, track AUM growth, and provide disciplined sales forecasting.
- Achieve distribution targets while maintaining high service standards and ethical business Prior experience in PMS / AIF sales or wealth management.
- Strong network across RIAs, IFAs, private banks, and family offices.
- 4- 10 years of relevant experience in investment product distribution.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
