As we continue expanding our SAP global delivery footprint , we are seeking a visionary leader to head our offshore SAP solutions delivery— shaping strategy, enabling innovation, and ensuring delivery excellence across one or more transformation programs.

The Offshore SAP Delivery Director (Solution Head) will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and innovation of SAP transformation programs. This role demands a blend of solution architecture mastery, delivery discipline, and leadership excellence , ensuring every engagement aligns with Sutherland’s promise of delivering value through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solution Leadership

• Lead SAP Greenfield and Brownfield implementations , providing technical direction and solution governance across programs.
• Act as the chief solution authority , driving design integrity for S / 4HANA, BTP , and core modules including SD, MM, CPQ, and FICO .
• Establish solution review frameworks , engineering standards, and delivery best practices across all SAP engagements.
• Drive continuous innovation leveraging SAP BTP, automation, and digital integration tools to deliver measurable business outcomes.
