Recruitment Specialist

We’re Hiring : Recruitment Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

Location : Delhi / NCR (Remote)

We’re building something massive — new D2C and B2B verticals alongside our creative and digital agency brands — and we need a Recruitment Specialist who can help us scale fast.

What You’ll Do :

Handle end-to-end hiring across creative, tech, and sales teams.

Source and onboard talent for our agency and new business verticals.

Work closely with the founders to define hiring needs, job roles, and team structures.

Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, and Platform like Internshala.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Who You Are :

1–2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).

Strong communication and sourcing skills.

Knows how to attract top talent across creative, marketing, and tech.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
