Logistics Coordinators . In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting freight movement across North America by sourcing loads, negotiating rates, coordinating with brokers and shippers, and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

About the Role : Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end freight coordination. Your main job is to

find suitable loads for carriers , maintain strong communication with freight brokers and shippers, negotiate payments, handle paperwork, and ensure shipments are tracked until delivery. Your role directly impacts the efficiency and profitability of our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and secure loads for assigned carriers based on their route preferences, equipment type, and capacity.

Maintain continuous communication with freight brokers, shippers, and carriers to coordinate load details.

Negotiate freight rates and payment terms to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.

Prepare, review, and manage essential documentation such as rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and carrier packets.

Update internal TMS / CRM systems with accurate and timely load information.

Monitor shipment status, resolve issues proactively, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

Track loads using GPS systems, carrier portals, or direct communication with drivers.

Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with brokers and carriers.

Escalate delays, issues, or exceptions to managers or customers as per SOP.

Provide after-hours or weekend support as per rotational requirements.

Requirements :

Graduation / Post-Graduation in any stream.

0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, US-based logistics environment.

Basic understanding of trucking / logistics is a plus.

Willingness to work in

US Night Shifts .

Must have own transportation.
