Job description

Hiring : Manager – Business Growth & Partnerships | 10–17 Years Experience | Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)

We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships for a retail-tech deployment at a Product-Based Retail MNC.

What We’re Screening For (Must-Haves) :

  • 10–15 years in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
  • (Tech product sales / SaaS / Retail-tech experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving partner-led GTM success
  • Strong experience in CXO-level engagement and hands-on execution in lean teams
  • Demonstrated success in leading both direct deals and partner ecosystems with measurable revenue outcomes

Location : Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

CTC : Open to discussion based on experience and fit
