We're Hiring : Junior UI Designer (0–1 year experience)

At Phionike , we design world-class digital products for startups and enterprises — from zero-to-one journeys to scaling complex SaaS platforms. We're now looking for a Junior UI Designer to join our team.

????‍???? What you'll do :
Design clean, functional user interfaces for web & mobile
Translate wireframes into polished, high-fidelity screens
Explore complex and gamified UI (dashboards, leaderboards, trackers)
Sketch and ideate multiple visual directions before finalising
Work daily in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)

✨ What we're looking for :

Strong visual design foundations → grids, typography, colour, hierarchy

Ability to sketch ideas quickly (on paper or digital)

Creative mindset to design playful or gamified experiences

Good Figma proficiency and eagerness to learn fast

A portfolio (personal projects, case studies, or conceptual work is welcome)

???? Bonus points for :

Motion / interaction design interest

Side projects (Dribbble, Behance, hackathons)

???? How we'll evaluate :

Along with your portfolio, we'll give you a short design assignment to check :

Visual ability (typography, hierarchy, colour)

Creativity (sketching + gamified UI)

Figma craft (speed & structure)
