We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technologies and demonstrate the ability to lead a team in delivering high quality data solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in data :

• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and deployment of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion and data intelligence technologies.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
