Job descriptionCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters Monitor shipment schedules, delays, and exceptions Optimize logistics costs and improve turnaround times Contribute to short- and long-term EXIM strategy Analyze trade patterns and suggest improvements Support budgeting and cost control initiatives Liaise with government agencies, customs brokers, and international partners Provide customer service and updates to internal teams and clients Lead and mentor operational staff to meet service levels Strong knowledge of import / export laws and international logistics Proficiency in ERP systems and trade documentation software Excellent communication in English and local language Attention to detail, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field 5–8 years of experience in export-import operations Certifications in EXIM procedures or logistics preferred Office-based with occasional travel for vendor meetings or customs coordination Reports to : CCO
