Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, for a Food & Beverage Associate, Hostess, or Bartender. The chosen candidate will manage day-to-day food and beverage service operations, welcome and seat guests, take reservations, ensure outstanding customer experiences, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in service areas, and consistently provide professional and friendly service. They will also assist in promoting menu offerings and beverages while maintaining impeccable standards of service.

• Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• Experience in handling reservations and coordinating with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
• Positive and approachable demeanor with strong teamwork skills
• Prior experience in food and beverage services, hospitality, or related fields preferred
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related domain is an advantage
