We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Learning & Development (L&D) leader to drive our learning strategy and capability-building initiatives across the organization. With 15–20 years of progressive experience in L&D within the IT services or consulting industry, you will play a key role in shaping a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
Location : Trivandrum, Cochin and Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement organization-wide learning strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals
- Lead the execution of enterprise learning initiatives covering technical, behavioral, and leadership domains
- Oversee the design and creation of engaging, high-quality learning content using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Adobe Suite
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for an enhanced learner experience
- Mentor and guide the internal L&D team and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Generate dashboards and reports for leadership on participation, engagement, and business impact
- Build and promote a strong learning culture across the organization. Plan and manage onboarding, upskilling, and leadership programs
- Create and distribute learning communications such as newsletters, campaigns, and success stories to drive engagement
Requirements :
15 - 20 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role managing enterprise-wide programsStrong background in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven organizations, with a deep understanding of tech and digital skill landscapesProven ability to design and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectivesDemonstrated experience in leading L&D teams, managing internal trainers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholdersHands-on experience with major LMS platforms in managing content, analytics, and user experienceExpertise in instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate, or Adobe SuiteStrong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, virtual learning platforms, and emerging learning technologiesAbility to measure learning impact through data-driven insights, dashboards, and ROI reportingExperience in identifying, evaluating, and managing external learning partners, trainers, and content providersExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage leadership teams
