Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream / downstream assets
• Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore / Onshore Asset Integrity
• Has ability to provide innovative solutions / automations / methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest
• Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale
• Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned
• Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency
• Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams
• Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites
• Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs
• Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions
