Key Responsibilities :
Understand client requirements and job descriptions received from Saudi-based employers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and field recruitment drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client specifications.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical or client interviews (virtual or in-person).
Prepare and manage candidate documentation — resumes, passport copies, trade test results, and medical fitness reports.
Coordinate with visa processing and travel departments to ensure smooth mobilization.
Maintain regular communication with overseas clients to update on recruitment status and candidate progress.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and Ministry of External Affairs (India) Emigration guidelines.
Maintain an active talent pool for frequently required categories.
Participate in job fairs, trade tests, and recruitment campaigns across India.
Prepare recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and MIS updates for management.
