PEGA RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design development and deployment of RPA solutions using Pega RPA Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs evaluate the opportunity for automation and convert them into technical solutions.
• Define solution architecture conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in RPA domains.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
• Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) tool evaluations and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards as well as platform guardrail development best practices in all automation implementations.
• Manage project timelines resource allocation and report progress to leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams (QA DevOps business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.
