About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Lead to be the creative powerhouse of DigiCrackers. This isn’t just about design — it’s about shaping brands, telling stories, and building campaigns that cut through the noise. From brand identity to websites, social media, creative campaigns, and content direction, you’ll be the driving force behind everything we put out into the world. You’ll lead a talented team of designers, video editors, and copywriters, while working closely with our founder to push boundaries and make DigiCrackers’ work stand out across industries. This is a senior leadership role for someone who’s equally strong in creative vision and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.
