Job descriptionHandle day-to-day member requests, including restaurant reservations, travel bookings, gifting, Assist in curating unique lifestyle experiences and fulfilling personalized requirements. Ensure accurate updates in the CRM system and maintain member profiles with preferences and Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver services within agreed Support in resolving service-related issues with professionalism and prompt follow-up. Maintain discretion and uphold the highest standards of client service. Possess 1-2 years of experience in Front office, Concierge Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages are Work background in any of the following sectors / areas : Personal Assistant, Guest Relations, Knowledge in handling executives, senior executives & VIP’s. Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the luxury lifestyle and concierge industry.
