About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Python , and hands-on experience in AI Agent Development using LangGraph and LangChain .

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

Build backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework .

Develop responsive UI components using React.js .

Work on backend scripts, automation, or AI workflows using Python .

Build and deploy AI agents , conversational workflows, and automation flows.

Implement and optimize AI pipelines using LangGraph and LangChain .

Integrate LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks into existing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI / ML, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

Experience with Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.)

Knowledge of REST API design, microservices, and backend architecture

Frontend

Hands-on experience with React.js , Redux / Context API

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6+

AI & Python

Proficiency in Python for AI workflows and automation

Experience in building AI Agents

Practical hands-on experience with :

LangGraph

LangChain

LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

RAG workflows and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)

General Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent communication and documentation skills
