In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing performance marketing strategies to drive growth and audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) targets. You will stay updated on industry trends to suggest data-driven improvements and innovative solutions.QualificationsExpertise in performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis platforms.Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation to drive campaign outcomes.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.Self-starter with the ability to work remotely, manage priorities, and meet deadlines independently.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
