Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with business leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
Act as a coach and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent, culture, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Lead change management and organizational development programs in alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR programs across performance management, learning & development, rewards, and DEI.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive decisions on headcount, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
Lead employee relations efforts to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Manage complex employee issues and support grievance resolution in partnership with legal / compliance teams.
Champion culture, values, and behaviours in alignment with the company's mission
