Sukoon Healthcare - HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
• Act as a coach and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent, culture, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
• Lead change management and organizational development programs in alignment with business priorities.
• Work closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR programs across performance management, learning & development, rewards, and DEI.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive decisions on headcount, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
• Lead employee relations efforts to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
• Manage complex employee issues and support grievance resolution in partnership with legal / compliance teams.
• Champion culture, values, and behaviours in alignment with the company's mission
