🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support SAP SD module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
• Configure and maintain core SD functionalities : pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and order processing
• Design and implement EDI solutions for order processing, invoicing, shipping notices, and other business documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and external EDI systems
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD and EDI transactions
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders
• Stay updated on SAP and EDI best practices and recommend process improvements
