Job Description
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with his list of top clients, understanding their business needs, and selling our portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, selling IDC, Cloud, SDWAN, Cyber security and having exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our portfolio of services to maximize account penetration and revenue market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams, to develop customized solutions that address client needs and deliver value.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure the successful execution of agreements, while maintaining a focus on long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, sales activities, and pipeline management to senior management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. BTech + MBA preferred.Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling IDC, Cloud, SDWAN, Cyber security services to large enterprise clients.Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level executives.Demonstrated ability to understand complex client requirements, develop customized solutions, and articulate value propositions effectively.Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as needed.
