Deputy Manager - Procurement

OPPO India is hiring an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist – Event, MICE & Marketing Services to join our procurement team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive supplier partnerships that deliver value, efficiency, and innovation.Education : - Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience : - 6-9 years of experience in indirect purchasing with a strong focus on marketing categories- Proven track record of managing marketing spend and delivering cost savingsLocation : GurugramKey Responsibilities : Strategic Sourcing & Procurement : - Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Events, MICE, and marketing categories to achieve cost savings, value optimization, and risk mitigation- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers, innovative solutions, and competitive pricingSupplier Management : - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organization’s quality, cost, and service requirements.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.- Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service levels.
