Process Delivery Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Execute end-to-end HR processes as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor daily HR activities and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Handle HR-related queries and provide timely resolution.
• Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
