Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for SaaS IT products.
  • Prospect and convert new clients while owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, demo, negotiation, closure).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and product presentations.
  • Work with Product & Marketing to sharpen campaigns and create qualified pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Track record of achieving sales or revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
  • This will be an addon : Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS / IT sales.
  • Bonus : Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Gaming, or E-commerce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
