About Cradlewell
Cradlewell provides trusted newborn and mother care services at home. We are building a
team of trained and caring nurses to support mothers in their recovery and ensure safe care
for babies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist mothers with recovery (hygiene, rest, feeding support).
- Provide newborn care including bathing, massage, diapering, and sleep routines.
- Monitor and record health signs of mother and baby; escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in home-care settings.
- Educate parents on lactation, nutrition, breastfeeding, and hand hygiene.
- Handle special cases such as C-section recovery, premature babies, or twins.
- Guide families by answering care-related questions with empathy.
- Supervise and mentor junior / fresher nurses in mother & baby care practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and the Cradlewell team for continuous care.
- Participate in training programs and support development of new nurses.
