💼 Job Details

  • Position : Business Development Executive
  • Job Location : Baner, Pune
  • Experience : Fresher to 4 Yrs
  • Graduation : Any Graduate
  • Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (US Shift)
  • Working Days : 5 Days a Week (Work from Office)

  • Strong presentation creation ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and active listening

    • Skills & Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products / services. Identify and qualify leads based on criteria set by the business development team.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Administrative Tasks : Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
