Our client a Technology company is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team in Bangalore to support their international operations.
Location : Bangalore, India
Experience : 12–15 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts in the technology and Saa S space.
- Manage Saa S, Daa S, Sales, Enterprise, and Supplier agreements.
- Handle high-value contracts (USD 10–20 million) with strategic business impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of five legal professionals based in India.
