And we’re looking for a high-performance Sales Closer to join us in this mission.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a High Ticket Sales Closer. The primary responsibilities include :

Connecting with inbound leads via video calls (no cold outreach).

Understanding their emotional triggers .

Guiding them with empathy and conviction to the best decision for their health.

Handle 100+ qualified calls / month with training in advanced probing & introspection (inspired by top psychologists).

Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven ability in Closings and Deal Closure

Experience with Escrow processes

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Previous experience in high-ticket sales is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Who We’re Looking For :

Minimum 1 year experience in high-ticket closing or performance sales.

Confident on video calls with excellent verbal skills.

Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions.

Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).

What You’ll Earn :

You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert. The better you perform, the more you earn.

Base Pay : ₹20,000

Incentives : Up to ₹40,000+ per month
