Job description

Job Title : SFCC Developer.

Location : Bangalore / Kochi / Trivandrum.

Experience : 4 - 7 years.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Site Genesis and / or SFRA storefronts, deep technical knowledge of Demandware, and the ability to design and implement API-driven, headless commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain SFCC-based storefronts using Site Genesis and / or SFRA.
  • Work on headless commerce implementations using OCAPI and SCAPI.
  • Integrate SFCC with third-party systems (payment gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS, etc.
  • Apply best practices in Test Driven Development (TDD), using mocking frameworks.
  • Contribute to data modeling, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.
  • Collaborate in Agile / Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Manage branching / merging strategies, version control (Git / Bitbucket), and conduct code reviews.
  • Ensure code quality using CI / CD pipelines and automated quality tools.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on SFCC experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Demandware scripting (JavaScript-based).
  • Experience in Retail domain processes and integration with upstream / downstream systems.
  • Solid experience with REST, JSON, XML, YAML, GraphQL, Swagger.
  • Strong understanding of API design & integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with mocking / testing frameworks and TDD.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and exposure to Scrum ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with code quality tools and DevOps best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
