Job descriptionAn AI-first approach for solving the problems. 2.5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS / NextJS, Redux, and Material UI (MUI) / Tailwind CSS. Ability to quickly build pixel-perfect, speed-optimized, and SEO-optimized pages with responsiveness, animations, and web accessibility from given Figma UI designs. Hands-on experience with forms, API integrations, Google Analytics, A / B testing frameworks, and error logging / handling. Good sense of UI designs (you don’t have to design, but you should have a good sense of which design provided by designers is better). Solid UI development portfolio. Good debugging and online searching skills. Good communication skills. Good problem-solving skills. (Ability to solve easy data structures and algorithms problems). You will be closely working with a team of other experienced developers and doing pretty much everything, from developing large features to fixing on-call bugs. You will be building pixel-perfect pages and integrating APIs. You will be applying different speed optimization techniques to ensure a very high page load speed. You will be closely working with designers and product managers to brainstorm on UI / UX designs and flow optimizations. You will be mentoring junior frontend developers.
